And if you click the ‘Yes’ button, you’ll likely get a message saying “an internal error occurred while attempting to exit the workbench. Do you want to exit the workbench?”
Lather, rinse, repeat.
This is why I do everything I can outside of Eclipse, generally in Komodo IDE. It’s not perfect, but it’s a lot faster and has a lot less attitude. Two big wins in my book.

Switched to Komodo Edit as well – not ideal, but much more responsive, and quite acceptable with several plugins
